S&C Hotels, as the responsible party for the automated file, guarantees to comply in full with the Personal Data Protection Act, in accordance with the Organic Law 15/1999, the titleholder has been informed and gives his consent to the incorporation of his details in the existing automated files in the offices of S&C Hotels, and to the automated processing of the same, as with the data to which S&C Hotels gain access as a consequence of navigating on web pages from the internet, the referendum, request or contracting of any type of service or product, or of any transaction or operation undertaken, with the purpose of sending of commercial communications, including electronically generated commercial communications as brought into effect according to article 21 of Law 34/2002 by The Information Society. The titleholder accepts that his information can be passed on, for the exclusive purposes as defined in the first paragraph, to other entities fundamentally dedicated to the hotel industry, property development, the distribution or sale of consumable products, leisure or entertainment, belonging to S&C Hotels. The titleholder also accepts that S&C Hotels or their affiliated and participating associates send them information regarding any type of product or service that they are commercializing. The titleholder accepts that his data may be handled or disclosed in the manner established in this paragraph, being of a character that can always be revoked, without retroactive effects, in accordance with the articles 6 and 11 of the Organic Law 15/1999 of the 13th of December. This given consent can be denied at any time or the rights via the specified channels as mentioned in the previous paragraph can be executed. It will only be necessary to provide the identifying data, in addition to that which is legally requested. The remainder of the voluntary data is gathered exclusively for the purpose as established in the first paragraph.
